SF Mad Dash 5K Costume Run

On 30th October 2016, we invite everyone to run, walk and party through Golden Gate Park at our 5th annual SF Mad Dash 5K Halloween Costume Run! All ages are welcome to join us to run, walk and party at SF Mad Dash with all registered runners receiving a race timed numbered bib and goody bag featuring an exclusive 24oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle with SF Mad Dash on the side.  (Kids 12 and under need not register and instead of a race timed bib and goody bag will receive a numbered bib and a high five.)

An eco-friendly alternative to plastic and single-use disposable bottles and cups. Made of food-grade, 18/8 stainless steel that’s built to last.

Registered runners receive a 24oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle

Then, whether you run in the 5K race or not, join us for the after-party at the Polo Field Stables. Enjoy some delicious food from a food truck, a refreshment from our bar and soak up some of post-race entertainment including  festivities such as runner’s prizes, costume contest, raffle, music and fun kid activities for the little ones including a bounce house.

Proceeds from SF Mad Dash benefit Sunset Cooperative Nursery School. So in addition to having a great time, you will be helping a beloved community institution. Sunset began in 1940 as the Parkside Play Center, and is the oldest continually operating parent-participation preschool in San Francisco. The school is dedicated to providing a trusting and caring environment for children to play, learn, and grow. With a strong focus on the community, the environment, and an overall betterment of the world, your donation will help us all in the present and future.

This year when you register you can help the fundraising effort for Sunset Coop Nursery School by directly by collecting sponsorship for your participation in SF Mad Dash. Even if you can’t attend you can still help us with the donation directly to Sunset Co-op Nursery School by visiting our donation page here
